4 1/2" x 3 1/2" Clear Cracked Ice Acrylic Blank with Base

They include a base however you will need Plastic and Acrylics Bonding Solution (PBS1) to be able to attach the base to the acrylic. They are easily customizable by either rotary engraving or laser engraving.
