The Wind Sign II Features: Springs connect the frame to the base so signs resist strong winds and return to upright position. "Quick Change" feature means signs can be changed in seconds with no hardware or tools. Base is sand or water fillable and has two preinstalled wheels for portability. Use corrugated plastic sign or other rigid material up to 3/16" thick. All plastic-won't rust or splinter-no maintenance.
